Why CENTURY 21 Buena Vista?

Our goal is to provide service marked by excellence and we like being known as the company that does a lot of little things really well. Our company ranks high in sales and service performance throughout Ventura County with offices in Ventura and Santa Paula. We serve Ventura County and have memberships in seven multiple listing services including Ventura County Coastal, Southland Regional, Ojai, Combined LA/Westside, Conejo, Bakersfield and Santa Barbara.

Our management staff of twelve people includes four people with real estate licenses. We have a full-time relocation director to properly handle and administer relocation activities.

CENTURY 21 Buena Vista are approved Fine Homes and Estates companies, and we are members on the nationally recognized Relocation Services of ERC. We also have the ability to serve commercial clients and investors as well as offering Senior's Real Estate Specialists.

The educational backgrounds vary from associates with master's degrees in education, bachelor's degrees in liberal arts and business and theology; and there are eight bi-lingual associates. The company also has a full property management division, managing approximately 300 units, from apartments to luxury homes.

We also provide at no cost to our buyers and sellers, an Errors and Omissions Insurance Program for up to $50,000 for owner occupied homes. This is a one-of-a-kind program offered exclusively by our company.

We pride ourselves in having long-term, friendly relationships with our competitors, and we subscribe to the high standards of our National Association of REALTORS®. For customer convenience, we have an 800-number for Relocation callers. Our offices are strategically located for convenience.
